Returns & Refunds policy
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with A Star Customs, you agree to the terms below.
1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All custom work (including but not limited to vinyl wraps, decals, tints, paintwork, bespoke parts, and personalised designs) is non-refundable once:
• Work has started
• Materials have been ordered
• Designs have been approved by the customer
This is due to the bespoke nature of our services.
2. Deposits
• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Deposits secure your booking, time slot, and materials.
• Deposits may be transferable to a future date at our discretion with sufficient notice.
3. Cancellations
• Cancellations made before work has started may be eligible for a partial refund excluding the deposit.
• Cancellations made after work has started are not eligible for any refund.
4. Wear & Tear
We are not responsible for:
• Damage caused by improper aftercare
• Normal wear and tear
• Stone chips, road debris, weather exposure, or third-party damage
5. No Refunds for Change of Mind
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind
• Colour, design, or finish dissatisfaction after approval
• Minor variations inherent in custom work
6. Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
All workmanship carried out by A Star Customs is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of completion.
If you believe there is a fault or defect related to our workmanship:
• You must notify A Star Customs within 1 year of the work being completed.
• The vehicle may be required to return for inspection.
• Where a fault is confirmed to be due to our workmanship, we will offer a repair or correction at no additional cost.
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper aftercare
• Stone chips, road debris, weather exposure, or third-party damage
• Accidental or deliberate damage
• Work affected by modifications or repairs carried out by third parties
• Customer-supplied parts or materials
Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot reasonably be rectified.
